You think that Christmas and diet is impossible :)? Many tasty food, delicious cakes and others. I know it's hard to say "no" these delicacies. So good news for everobody ! As I know from my dietetician you can eat everything and as many as you want. But you must remember about two things. First, eat five meals in regular space of times. It's not important how many. Your one meal can consist few pieces of cake, dumplings, fishes and many others. But you must do at least 2 hours space before your next meal. And second important thing. When you eat so many during three days of Christmas, next three days must be without carbohydrates !! So you eat as always, but you forget about carbohydrates during these days :). After that, you start to eat as before Christams :). I hope that I helped you. So Merry Christmas everyone ! :)
