I think, that it's time to tell U about my diet. Frist of all, I eat five meals at regular intervals. First meal should be eaten at the least 40 minutes after wake up. Next three meals I eat at two-four hours intervals. And the last and most surprising thing, last meal I eat 40 minutes before going to bed :). But this meal cannot contain the carbohydrates. Every meal (without the last) consists of three gropus: protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. What about portion of food? A dietician told me how many grams from particular group I can eat. So it's individual fitted to a person and his/her weight. It's important to weigh your food and don't eat less or more than you should.
Above U can see my breakfast. It's really simple to prepare it.
Ingredients:
3 eggs white
chive
30 grams of ham (the best will be chicken)
tomato
salt, pepper
Whip the eggs white, add salt and pepper. Cut a chive,a tomato and ham. Warm olive oil up on the frying pan. Put the eggs white into the frying pan. Add chive and ham. Fry few minutes and remember don't turn an omelette on the other side. It will fried without turning. When U decide that it's good, add tomato and double an omlette over. It's ready to eat.
