Please, be tolerant for my first post. I'm new here and I don't know exactly how this site functions. Maybe something about this blog. It will be about diet, healthy lifestyle, exercises, cooking dishes (I hope tasty dishes) and also I give U some recipes for those dishes. I would like write sth about ilnesses which are connected with dieting, like anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. Why have I decided to lead blog about diet? Because I've tried to lose my weight and I would like to help some people who want to do it too. What do I do to lose my weight? What can I eat and what is forbidden? This information and many others in my next posts.
