Conlusions
According to my results I can say, that the temperature of water has got very big influence on the yeasts fermentation. The best water is hot water, about 30oC. As the water temperature goes down, the lower fermentation is. If there's no water there's also no fermentation.
Evaluation
In my opinion doing such an experiment really helps to know other ways to learn new things. I don't do things like this very often, so it's something different, and -mostly something new. It was hard to keep the right temperature in samples, but I came through this problem by putting glasses with yeasts in the cooking pots with hot water inside them. I needed my father's help to invite that way of conducting an experiment, but now it seems the only right way to it.
Damn.
