Do you think that diet must be tiresome? And do dishes mus be tasteless? So you are wrong. You are able to lose weight and eat tasty food. You can change few ingredients for something else and thanks to that you don't have to carry that you put on weight. I give you a recipe for spaghetti, which you can eat without thinking about your weight. I cooked it few minutes ago as a supper for me and my mum :).
Ingerdients:
->onion
->champignons (as many as you want)
->mincemeat-turkey or chicken (I used 80 gramms of chicken per person, but it is individual thing suitable for a person and his/her weight. I told about proportion of food few posts ago)
-> canned tomatoes
-> salt, pepper
-> noodles (40 gramms per person)
Preparation:
1. Chop an anion and slice the champignons.
2. Boil noodles.
3. Warm olive oil up on the frying pan. Put an onion and meat into the frying pan. Sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the champignons and once again sauté for a few minutes.
5. Add canned tomatoes and season to taste. Fry as long as you think that your spaghetti is ready to eat.
