Daniel, my ex boyfriend, IS dead.
He passed away about 9 months ago.
He was being arrested by police for statutory rape, and tried to escape by jumping off a 2 story building.
His aim was apparently to land in a garbage dumpster below the building, but instead smacked hard into the pavement.
As a result of the injury, he went into a coma for 3 months until he died in December.
