A big Che and my collegue Rocio

I'm actually preparing the next step of the competition for my challenge, with a big famous chef in England, John Feeney, he got a superb kitchen so fully equiped, and also he is very very nice,

I enjoy very much working in his compagny !

 

I was with Rocio, my collegue Chef with who i'm working with at the hotel ;)
