Drive Circuit Diagram for 25W Wh
Launched by Linear Technology, the LT3956 monolithic LED drive has a MOSFET with an internal N-channel power. The rated power of this MOSFET is set with the specification of 84V/3.3A, and driven by an internal tune7.15V power supply. The stable operation is realized with the fixed frequency and current mode architecture in a very wide power and output voltage ranges.
