"Inmate"

Caught in your cage I am imprisoned,

Fulfilling your wishes without any reason,

You've made me your slave, a running dog,

Still making circles in thick heavy fog,

Fog made of your words, that slowly make me blind

Not realising what you have in mind

Feeling not being good enough,

Feeling that life being bit too rough.

Thinking my lifetime being a sacrifice,

Will anyone hear that the dying soul dies?

Will anyone at least try t'understand,

That my tenacity comes to an end?

That I can no longer be your submissing pet,

or I will die in your lethal net.

Though one day I'll rise, when you won't expect,

And on that day I will stand erect,

I'll finally free myself from the shackles,

Torching all of your evil tentacles,

And run away from the flames that will crush your throne,

Leaving behind everything I've known,

Turning my head to look at burning skies,

Looking forward grinning, with spark in my eyes...
