ALL TENANTS IN QUEENS AVENUE
Guys if I do not get some co-operation from tenants in this house I will ask them to move somewhere else. The family next door at number 35 cannot sleep due to the noise of people running up and down stairs, laughing & shouting, banging&slamming doors!? What is the problem? If you want to make noise like that go to someone else's house to do it! Do not do it here! If it happens again I will ask you to leave immidiately!
Also I do not see why people who do not live here or not pay rent are using facilities here? This house is not a hotel! If other people's boyfriends/girlfriends want to use this house's shower/bathroom/kitchen facilities all the time then that's not acceptable! I do not want them here doing that and if you think that's wrong then I am sorry you should find another lanlord! ! Also do not use shower after 12 midnight- we will turn off if you try to!

Each room here is rented to one person and there should only be one person in each room! So with the excepyion of Brian & Erika who will be moving to another house soon there should only be four other people living here at this moment and using the house facilities! If I see on hear of other people using this place like a hotel then you can move out! We have had enough hearinf complaints about here - that's the last warning you will get! !
