O sobie: Today's time isn't supportive for healthy habits. We live fast and eat fast. We also don't have time for keeping fit. Our school friends also have problems with healthy lifestyle. And when you don't feel good, you don't look good! We decided to change it and help our friends.
Firstly, in our school a survey has been carried out. It was about healthy diet, make-up and sport. Many students from our school (which turned out from the survey) have problems with healthy lifestyle but also with their style: wearing proper clothes to school (and not only) and make-up. That is why we decided to remedy this and on 24th February we organised a day called "THE DAY OF HEALTH AND BEAUTY"
We invited experts on health: our special guest was a teacher who is a dietitian at The Complex of Hotel Industry and Catering Schools in Iwonicz Zdrój. She told us about healthy diet. Then there was a show of drinks preparation (non-alcoholic, of course!)
In classroom number 26 girls from class III a prepared the show of make-up and fashion.
In class number 24 Martyna and Zuzia from class III b prepared a slide show about diseases called anorexia and bulimia.
In the gym our P.E. teacher and some boys prepared a sports competition for the fittest class. It was very funny . ; )) .
