a bowl of oatmeal with banana + few brazilian nuts and slice of mango and few cereal //70kcal+about 200kcal+80kcal
Coffee with a spoon of milk and 2glasses of water
snack1 9.50am
a little piece of smoked salmon(30kcal) and cream cheese (35kcal)
Lunch 12.10pm
tofu + spinach + cereal 150kcal+100kcal+150kcal
snack2 2.00pm
some pad thai + chilli+pancake+some cereal+snickersmini + cereal bar = ok 600kcal!!

Listening music, "sitting on FB"
Shower
Vacumming
